Jesus says, "Let the children come to me...
God’s kingdom belongs to people like these children."
(Luke 18:16)

During the contemporary worship service on Sunday mornings, we invite the kids (age three through fifth grade) to join us for Children's Church.

Children's Church is a half-hour worship experience designed to help your kids grow in their faith by worshiping God, exploring scripture, and praying together. Through hands-on activities, crafts, games, and videos, we'll get to know and love Jesus and apply scripture to our everyday lives.

When you come to worship, visit the Welcome Table. A volunteer will be glad to show you how Children's Church works, answer any questions you might have, and help you register your child.

All volunteers are screened, background checked, and trained by our staff, and our Child and Youth Protection Policy (CYPP) can be found here.

If you'd like to complete the registration paperwork for your child(ren) ahead of time, you can download it by clicking here.

We believe children and youth deserve a safe environment where they can grow in their faith because young people are not just the church of tomorrow, but the church of today. We strive to help every child and youth grow in their friendship with Jesus by finding genuine love, hope, and acceptance at Limona Village Chapel. Our goal is to equip and empower them with real ways to love God, love people, engage our world, and grow in our faith together. We hope to re-launch our weekly youth gatherings in early 2022.

Kids in Preschool

The Children's Center believes preschool children learn by doing. Therefore, ours is an active “hands-on” program providing experiences for children to use all their senses as they develop physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and socially. We believe that the development of a positive self-image is very important in the early years.

The Children’s Center provides a developmentally appropriate curriculum for preschool age children in a Christian environment. Activities are planned to enhance a healthy stimulating and challenging environment where children can learn through constructive play and social interaction.

The Children’s Center’s curriculum includes language development reading, writing and math readiness, social studies, science, music, art, and physical education integrated through units of study. Activities in our classes are interrelated and skills are not taught in isolation but in a meaningful context using methods and materials appropriate to the needs and interests of preschool children.

In addition, we also offer after school care and after school transportation.
