Community Resources

EMERGENCIES - In the event of an emergency, please dial 911.

ECHO Brandon provides emergency food and clothing, one-on-one job coaching, life skills workshops, and referrals to other community resources. You can visit their location at 507 N Parsons Ave (open Mon-Fri from 9am-1pm) or give them a call at 813-685-0935.

The Lee Davis Community Resource Center provides financial assistance for energy bills, rent payments, and adult education and training. They offer a Head Start program for families with children ages 0-5, and they have a computer lab. You can visit their location at 3402 N 22nd St (open Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm) or give them a call at 813-272-5220.


Pack a Sack delivers large bags of food to Limona Elementary School and Hugo Schmidt Elementary School once a month. If you have a child who attends one of these schools, please speak with your guidance counselor about joining the program. To learn about how you can support this ministry, tap here.

The Food Co-Op at New Hope UMC provides a large amount of produce and a dozen eggs twice a month for just $5 per unit. To learn more about this ministry

The Outreach Clinic provides free medical care for families who receive an income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (for a family of 4, this is up to $4,417 per month). They are available by appointment only. You can visit their location at 517 N Parsons Ave (open Mon-Thurs from 9am-4pm) or give them a call at 813-654-1388.
